The Oldsmobile 442 was introduced in 1964 and reached its peak in performance with the 1970 W30 model. If you choosed the option package named W30 you got a lot of power in the 455 engine and to go with that a car that had for its time very good handling. The W30 package included good brakes too, 10.88 inch front discbrakes was mandatory in the W30 package. Production numbers was limited and only 264 W30 convertibles was made.

This 442 W30 was sold new in Sweden and five years later a young guy bought it. With the same owner since 1975 not much have happended with this car, it has been repainted many years ago from the original Nugget Gold color. Drivetrain is original to the car and not much has been touched.
